More Than Deodorant
Founded in Los Angeles in 2022, MONKS began with a mission to reimagine what natural deodorant could be. Growing up, our founder was treated by a holistic doctor named Dr Monks, whose approach to care focused on supporting the body rather than masking symptoms. Years later, meditation became a daily practice that reshaped his relationship with routine, self care, and the way he moved through the world.
Why Body Care
As his awareness around wellness grew, so did his frustration with the personal care industry. Many products labeled as clean rely on vague claims, greenwashing, or synthetic fragrance. MONKS was created to offer a different approach to daily care. One that supports the skin while becoming part of ritual.

Our scents are created entirely from essential oils sourced globally for their purity and safety. Thoughtfully blended to feel clean, subtle, and wearable without the use of synthetic fragrance.
