Monks offers easy returns and refunds on all first-time orders. We allow returns for one stick or one spray per order. If you purchase one of our bundle three-packs and wish to return it, please note that we can only refund the cost of one stick or one spray, not the entire bundle. What should I do with the product(s) I want to return?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you do not need to return the product back to us. We suggest that you give any unwanted product(s) to someone in need. If this is not possible, we kindly ask that you recycle them by removing the product beforehand. recycled.
